| Carlos Noriega, MCSE, President & Network Engineer Carlos has an Associates Degree in Applied Science Technology from ECPI. After graduating he was hired by Goodman & Co as an entry level help desk technician. During the 5 years with Goodman & Co Carlos became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and worked as a Network Administrator, Web Systems Administrator, Network Engineer and Field Engineer. In January 2005 Carlos started CNET Support Inc., fulfilling a life long dream of owning his own business. Melanie Noriega, Director of Operations Melanie has a bachelor's degree from James Madison University and a Masters in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. She has worked as a high school teacher for 4 years before changing careers to business. She has worked as the Marketing Director at a local home inspection company for 3 years. As Director of Operations, Melanie does the bookkeeping and works on special projects. | ||
